Should i buy omega 3 for my children?

I have 2 boys 6 and 8.
It's not obvious now but it seems like we don't have a lot of omega 3 sources.
I got some info about omega 3 things and now i wanna buy it.
But i'm not 100% sure about vitamins brand.
What do you think about nordic naturals baby dha ?
